In addition to the above, we also do new fit-outs and refurbishment of existing buildings. Our industrial buildings can be constructed with tilt slab or pre-cast concrete construction to meet fire rating requirements, or colorsteel where fire rating is not required.

To keep things simple and stress-free for you, we will work closely with the local authorities to obtain the necessary permits on your behalf. We will also keep up you to date with any changes to local authority building codes relating to industrial and commercial construction.
