Coldstore and coolroom construction

Our experience in coldstore and coolroom construction has seen us develop several customised large industrial coldstores, small coolrooms and freezers as turnkey projects.

Our staff have received extensive training in the technicalities of cool storage construction, and understand the importance of vapour barriers and thermal breaks.

Most of our coldstores, coolrooms and freezers are typically constructed of composite panels (Colorsteel panels with a polystyrene or styrofoam core). However for certain applications we may use fire retardant alternatives.

Our coldstore and coolroom construction team are naturally mindful of the MAF (Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries) and Health Department specifications and requirements, and adhere to them in all instances.

Some of the common uses of our coldstores and coolrooms are in retail shops, supermarkets, warehouses, hospitals and food processing plants. In addition to coldstore and coolroom construction, we also have extensive experience in the construction of food processing areas.
