At Don Chapman Builders™, we are renowned for our attention to detail and uncompromising commitment to quality - that's why our name has been at the forefront of Waikato building since 1988.

Now there aren't too many builders with that sort of track record and pedigree!

We are based in Morrinsville and most of our building projects are carried out in the Waikato and neighbouring areas.

The company has been building dairy sheds and milking parlours for many years, but in 2008 Don decided to create a stand-alone operation for this increasingly specialised field.

Our Chapman Dairy™ division is now a subsidiary and is widely recognised as the leading specialist in the design and construction of farm dairy parlours and other farm buildings. With operations and contractors across New Zealand, UK and Ireland, it is set to create the benchmark for the dairy industry.
